Team from Smart Exploration Research Centre and Nordic Iron Ore AB will in a pilot study investigate the state of the historical mine tailing at Blötberget iron ore mine using novel geophysical methods including fiber-optic sensing, active and passive arrays and a multicomponent seismic survey planned for targeting the mine tailings.
